Terms and Conditions of Buy My Dog and Buy My Puppy.

Buy My Dog has been made for the dog community and is designed to be a happy safe place for those in the dog community. All those advertising  and chatting must be over 18 years of age.

Buy My Dog reserve the right to refuse an application for membership and to terminate membership without being obliged to give reasons or explanation .

It is your responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided in your records. Members who do not maintain a valid email address will have their membership cancelled and their details removed. Also there must be a valid telephone number and address otherwise profiles will be removed. All data is protected and will not be sold or given to any third parties. If you wish to stop using buy my dog contact us and all details will be removed from our records.

You may link to your own website but it  must be your own non-commercial dog related website.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information listed on your pages is accurate and true. Failure to do so will result in removal from the site.

All pictures and text on your pages must be relevant to your Dog/puppy/yourself and you must own the copyright. We do not tolerate the listing of fake puppies/ listings from puppy farmers/ and people outside of the UK. This site is moderated on a daily basis and breaking any terms will result in removal from the site.

Infringement of any of the terms and conditions listed on this page may result in your records being amended or your membership being cancelled. In such a case no refund of any nature may be claimed from Buy My Dog.

All Advertisements, messages and or any information supplied to Buy My Dog must be legal, decent, honest and truthful with no adult content and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation. When deemed necessary all advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to Buy My Dog may be edited and classified at the publisher's discretion.

Any fees payable for advertised dog services will be payable in advance via paypal. Any paid subscriptions will be paid via paypal and failure to pay will result from immediate removal from site. No refunds will be permitted. In exceptional circumstances we may extend the service time allowed, but this is at our discretion. Services outages are not exceptional circumstances unless the service is out for 30 hours continually.
No refunds will be permitted on any of the subjects mentioned in the Disclaimer or any part of the User

Buy My Dog will bring buyers and sellers together.

We try hard to make Buy My Dog safe for puppies but we assume no responsibility and accept no liability in relation to the conduct and quality of dogs registered nor as to the conduct of the prospective buyer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to view and satisfy themselves prior to entering a contract or sale transaction with the vendor.

Buy My Dog does not accept anything rude or offensive in the chat room. This will result in immediate removal of user and appropriate authorities may be contacted. Buy My Dog is not responsible or liable for conversations held in chat room. It is the responsibility of the user to notify Buy My Dog of offensive behavior in chat rooms or advertisements.

The pages contained in this website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The information in these pages may be updated from time to time and may at times be out of date.
